PISSED with Back-stabbers.
The whole incident:
Went to work early in the morning. Begun to rain heavily at around 11am, so it means that there will not be any guests coming in as the head gallery will be closed if there’s lightning (just fyi).
Since there’s no guest around, it means that I’m able to relax (not slack cause im still in my uniform, standing at the ticket trip). So I just leaned slightly on the turn-stile to make myself more comfortable, however, a group of colleague came in after some youth walk, so just smile (cause we have some ridiculous rule that we’re not able to talk to other staff during the operational hours).
Suddenly, I heard a voice shouting at me and asking me not to lean on the turnstile (if you’ve noticed, I didn’t mention names). I mean, hello, can’t we just be more flexible sometimes, and its not as if im leaning on it in front of the guests. So I just said “Oh, okay” in a very annoyed manner. Firstly, she is not my in-charge. Secondly, she’s not even in her uniform. Thirdly, when she entered the Merlion, all I get from her is warnings and complains against me. Lastly, she even wrote “I just warned one of your staff not to lean on the turnstile” on the whiteboard.
Fucking pissed, can. I know she’s strict in terms of work, but in a more proper manner and be more civilized, can. Instead of screaming and shouting like nobody’s business, I will appreciate more if she phrases it in a proper manner.
Alright, im not going to get angry and spoilt my mood because of this fucking incident, as I rather use my energy on other useful and important stuffs. For example, Terence + 6 DA’s BBQ on the 26th
