MERLION
My working place

My job, as an attraction host, is damn relax de.
Just that, we have to handle difficult situations, eg. Rude tour guides, lost-and-found, missing cases.
And today, I came across with both missing cases and rude tour-guide.

Just when I’m stoning at the ticket trip, I heard a little crying very loudly. At first, I thought that someone fall down, but the next moment, a woman come up to me and pass the little girl to me, telling me that she lost her mum.
So, of course, I’ve to bring her round to look for her mummy, but she just can't stops crying. And when she’s crying and talking at the same time, I don’t even understand anything. In the end, I’ve to carry up, *and she’s not light, can*.
Saw her parents at the merlion walk, panicky. And the little girl ran towards her dad and hugged him tightly; it shows that how frightened she is. *so parents, please do take good care of your OWN daughter/son

Tour guide is a pain in the ass to us.
They’ll always use the excuse that they are rushing for time to rush us, but the more they rush us, the slower we do our job, simply because they’ve no rights to boss us around.
CHINA tour guides, the worst tour guides I’ve ever come across with. not only they’re rude, they’re also uncivilized too.

As an attraction host, our duty is to bring service to guests within the attraction. Service consists of good and bad ones. I mean, if you want to gain respect from others, first you have to give others your respect. When you treat us like dirt, it won’t affect us, because, in return, we’ll treat YOUR guest like dirt. And in the end, your guests will be complaining about the bad service in Singapore and you think we’ll give a damn?
